Delivery

1. We aim to ship all orders within ten days (unless otherwise stated). If this is not possible, you will be notified of the expected delivery date.

2. All orders will be sent by second-class Royal Mail for UK addresses, and by the most economical form of airmail for overseas orders.

Cancellations

1. If you would like to cancel or amend an order which you have not yet received, contact us to determine the current status of your order.

2. Merchandise orders cannot be cancelled via the website. Please contact the Development & Alumni Relations Office if you wish to do this.

Refunds

1. We will provide a full refund for any items that are damaged, defective or incorrect.

2. You can expect to receive your refund within 28 days of our receipt of your returned item(s).

Events

Cancellations

1. Bookings for an event may be cancelled at any time by contacting the Development & Alumni Relations Office.

2. Events bookings cannot be cancelled via the website. Please contact the Development & Alumni Relations Office if you wish to do this.

Refunds

1. Refunds can only be guaranteed up until the date specified on the booking confirmation (despatched at the time of booking).

All details submitted to us are subject to the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will therefore not release any of your information to third parties without explicit permission from you.
