The Freedom of Information Act 2000
From 1 January 2005 the public has the right to access 'published' information (see Selwyn College's Publication Scheme below), and also any information held by the College, which is not already available through the College's publication scheme. The Selwyn College Policy details exactly how Selwyn will respond to requests for information, outlines any charges for providing information, exemptions regarding information that can be provided, and a complaints procedure if Selwyn is unable to respond satisfactorily to any requests.
