Your right to complain

If you think we are not complying with our publication scheme you should write initially to:

The Freedom of Information Officer will acknowledge your letter within 5 working days and will investigate the complaint.  The College's Freedom of Information Officer will inform you as soon as possible of the decision of the inquiry.

If you are still not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the College's decision, you are entitled to complaint to the Information Commissioner, who may investigate the matter at his discretion.
