Salary: £26,618 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks)
Contract Type: Permanent, subject to six months’ probation
Selwyn College is looking for a Café/Bar Supervisor to join our Catering team. Reporting directly to the Café/Bar Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supervising a bank of Casual Café/Bar Assistants. Additionally, when the Cafe/Bar is closed at certain times of the year, the post-holder will work with the front-of-house Catering team College in the College servery and dining hall.
We are looking for someone with experience working as part of team in a busy cafe/bar or similar hospitality setting, and experience of managing or supervising a team would be an advantage. If you have a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service, we would be excited to meet you.
