Salary: £16,599 (pro rata to the full time equivalent of £22,636) per annum.
Hours: 27.5 hours per week.

Selwyn College wishes to appoint a Maintenance Office Manager to be part of the Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Maintenance Office Manager is responsible for managing the day to day administration of the Maintenance Department, and for ensuring health and safety and other legislative compliance.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent administration, organisational and time management skills. To be successful in the role, the ability to communicate effectively and work in co-operation and harmony with colleagues to achieve efficient service levels is essential.
