Coming on an Open Day is a great way to see Selwyn and Cambridge, to find out about what the courses are really like and also meet some of the people who might be teaching you. It is often also possible to meet current students.
When are the next Open Days?
Our next Open Days will be held in 2018. Full details will be available from March 2018.
What happens at an Open Day?
At Selwyn, the programme includes a talk from the Admissions Tutors and an opportunity for you to meet members of the teaching staff in the subject (or subjects) that interest you. There is plenty of chance for you to ask all the questions you may have. You can also look around the College and meet some of our students.
You will also be able to see several of our student bedrooms.
Do I have to book a place on a Selwyn Open Day?
Yes. Places are limited. Booking is essential and opens in March each year.
Online booking forms are available here:
If you book a place you will be sent further details regarding the event via email closer to the time. This information will include a programme for the day and a map and directions.
If I can't come to an Open Day, can I visit Selwyn College at another time?
Yes, of course. If you tell the Porters at the main entrance on Grange Road that you are a possible candidate for admission they will let you in.
They will have copies of our Prospectus available.
