Selwyn women’s football team finished runners-up in the Cambridge University Shield on 2 May. A week later, Selwyn men’s football team put in a strong performance in the Cuppers Final, narrowly losing 2–1 to Fitzwilliam. The men's team went on to beat King's, securing promotion to Division 2 to finish off one of the club’s most successful seasons in recent history.
