2012 year group reunion

Saturday 24 September 2022

Come and celebrate 10 years since matriculating at Selwyn!

Booking is now open and we hope many of you will be able to come to Selwyn for a weekend of reminiscing and renewing old friendships. Guests are very welcome.

It's also the start of the college's 140th anniversary year, 1882-2022 so we hope the day will be extra special, starting with a lunchtime champagne reception. The University Alumni Festival takes place over the weekend and there are lots  of interesting talks taking place throughout Cambridge, including one with Professor John Morrill and Dr David Smith and one by the Master.

The programme is as follows:

12.00 - 1.00pm champagne reception in Selwyn's garden

2.30 – 4.00pm drop in session to look around the new Bartlam Library and the chance to climb the tower for a 360 degree view of the college and city, and the Old Library - now supervision rooms and home to the college archives.

3.45 – 4.30pm refreshments served in the new Quarry Whitehouse Auditorium

4.30 – 5.00pm optional ‘catch-up’ session and an opportunity to hear about the latest news and developments from the college

6.45pm drinks in Old Court, followed by dinner at 7.30pm in Hall
The dress code for dinner is black tie / evening wear.

The bar will be open from noon until midnight

Dinner: £45 per head for 3 courses, cheese, coffee, wine and port.
Accommodation is available on Friday and Saturday nights at a cost of £50 B&B per night for a single en-suite or £80 per night for two single en-suites.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any double rooms and the college cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Selwyn and we hope to see many of you in September.
