Postgraduate Alumni Reunion Lunch on Saturday, 19 July 2025

Postgraduate students at Cambridge now comprise the greater number of all students at the University. The development of post graduate courses and opportunities at Cambridge has been one of the great success stories of recent years; our Postgraduate students bringing a greater diversity to Selwyn and our Postgraduate alumni comprising a rich and important part of the wider college community.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you and a guest to Selwyn’s first reunion specifically for postgraduate alumni. The event will take place on Saturday, 19 July, and will include a drinks reception and lunch hosted by the Master, Roger Mosey. You are also warmly invited to stay and enjoy the college’s annual Garden Party and Family Day later that afternoon.

Selwyn Fellows involved in postgraduate teaching will also be attending, and I'm pleased to say that Dr David Smith and Dr Lotte Reinbold have already accepted their invitations to join us.

We hope you will be able to return to Selwyn, perhaps for the first time in many years and enjoy this opportunity to catch up with the college and each other.

Drinks will be served on Old Court lawn from 12.00pm and followed by lunch in Hall from 12.30pm. Following lunch, guests can join the annual Garden Party, explore the college’s newest buildings - including the Bartlam Library and the Quarry Whitehouse Auditorium - and take part in the various events organised throughout the afternoon until 5.00pm.

The dress code for the reunion and garden party is relaxed/casual.

Costs:
Drinks and Lunch: £25 per head for two courses, including wine.

Recent reunions for other alumni who studied at Selwyn have been very popular and we hope that many of you will be able to join us.
